The Enkei SC46 is another exciting all-new addition to Enkei’s small car lineup. The SC46 is a multi-spoke design with a slightly concave face, finished in Matt Black & milled text logo. MANUFACTURING All Enkei wheels are manufactured in our own in-house facilities. Only the highest grade Dubai aluminum (primarily designated for the prestige automotive and aviation industries) are used in our production process to ensure our wheel integrity. Every aspect of manufacture is optimized – from raw materials specification through to our rigorous QC testing. Japanese Mitutoyo precision instrumentation, (common in weapons technology) is used throughout the manufacturing process. Wheel manufacturing is an art where we aim to craft the perfect product. TECHNOLOGY To produce wheels of extraordinary strength which are low in weight at the same time, requires cutting edge technology. New forming techniques and the latest CAD design facilities mean that we can produce stunning wheels that are incredibly strong and feather-light. TESTING Enkei wheels take testing to a whole new level. Our X-Ray testing, which is required for OEM manufacturing, will find even microscopic flaws. Air leakage tests ensure faultless wheel construction. Our radial and cornering tests subject the wheel to real-world forces and ensure a long and trouble-free product life. Lastly, our impact and strength tests make sure the wheel passes and exceeds all international safety standards. Every wheel that leaves our factory is meticulously tested to make sure that it not only enhances your vehicle’s looks but also performs to the highest standard possible under all conditions. STANDARDS Enkei wheels meet and exceed all international standards including the rigorous TUV, JWL, and VIA standards. All Advanti wheels are fully certified for use in Australia and exceed Australian design and safety standards.
Fully Pre-Programmed TPMS Sensors – FIT AND FORGET…
STEP 1 – ORDER
Order your TPMS Sensors – Our listings are pre-defined into Make, Model and Year. Once your order has been received, we then carefully, individually and uniquely pre-programme your TPMS sensors. This is not an “off the shelf” operation. Each sensor is pre-programmed and set-up specifically for your vehicle. We’ve spent serious time, development and investment with this step to make it simple and straightforward for you.
STEP 2 – FIT
Fit your new TPMS Sensors – Any experienced Tyre Fitter will be able to carry out this service for you. There’s nothing else that you need to do, the sensors will arrive READY TO FIT. We’ve taken the stress out of this and completed the technical coding of the sensors for you.
STEP 3 – DRIVE
DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TYRE FITTER TO ATTEMPT TO RE-CODE! Just drive your vehicle – To complete the operation, all that is needed is to drive the vehicle. Yes! It really is that easy! On average it takes around 15 minutes on a steady drive to allow the new pre-programmed sensors to communicate back to the vehicle’s systems. Voila! Your TPMS warning light will now be extinguished. Easy Peasy! Obviously there’s a lot more to it, but it all happens behind the scenes when the vehicle is in motion. We are more than happy to go through the finer details but it’s rather long-winded!"
